🌍 The Ground Reality
Most industries today are still running on duct tape. Manual workflows everywhere, databases that refuse to talk to each other, and compliance protocols that turn into paperwork nightmares the moment a regulator walks in. The standard answer in 2026 is to bolt a generic AI chatbot onto a website and call it a transformation. That is not a transformation. That is decoration.
Real enterprise scaling is a different animal. It needs zero-latency engineering, deep data integration that respects how the business actually runs on the ground, and ironclad compliance built into the core, not patched on later. It needs systems that hold up when the stakes are real. That is the work I do.
🧬 Who I Am and the Journey So Far
.I am Mahadev Mukherjee, a Pharma AI Consultant
India is based in Kolkata.
I work at the rare intersection where legacy pharmaceutical leadership meets serious software architecture. From 2009 to today, my journey has covered both sides of that line, with deep operating experience inside major pharmaceutical organisations including Glenmark, Pfizer, and Zydus, where I drove growth, strategy, and field execution.
Today my focus sits across a few high-stakes lanes. I serve as Head of AI Transformation at the Bajoria Group of Industries. I am the founder of GARBHAYAN AI, an industrial edge AI health monitoring platform built on Siemens SIMATIC IOT2050 hardware, with sub-two-second WhatsApp alerting and zero cloud dependency, currently focused on IVF incubator monitoring as the beachhead use case.
In parallel, I work across the USA peptide market in a strategic advisory and compliance consulting capacity, running rigorous audits aligned with FDA expectations and Google Merchant Center 2026 standards. I do not just understand the science of the business. I write the code that automates how it runs.

Engineering automated lead generation and outreach pipelines that hold an authentic human tone end to end. The output reads like a person wrote it because the system is engineered with that as the constraint, not as an afterthought.
Cloud Infrastructure and Data Integration
Architecting full cloud setups across AWS and Google Cloud. Designing seamless SQL data integrations and bridging enterprise ERPs with custom APIs so data flows where it needs to without manual intervention.
Industrial Edge AI and Health Monitoring
GARBHAYAN AI runs entirely on edge hardware with no cloud dependency, delivering sub-two-second WhatsApp alerts for critical events. Built for IVF incubator monitoring first, with a clear roadmap across six health AI verticals, all aligned to ART Act 2021, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance frameworks.
Security and Surveillance Automation
Custom API integrations for CCTV networks that turn passive footage into active intelligence, sending real-time alerts the moment something deviates from the expected pattern.
Pharma Legal and Regulatory Strategy
Hands-on regulatory engagement with CDSCO in India for medical device classification, and active compliance consulting in the USA peptide market across FDA enforcement risk, Google 2026 trigger word protocols, and Merchant Center policy. I read the regulations the same way I read code, line by line.
Workflow and Marketing Automation
End-to-end mail automation, digital marketing synchronisation, and complete elimination of manual data entry from the loop. If a human is doing it twice, the system should be doing it instead.
🎓 Qualifications and Academic Foundation
My foundation is built on a deliberate combination of science, business, and emerging technology. The pieces fit together because they were chosen to fit together.
- MBA in Pharmaceutical Management with specialisation in AI Optimisation Management — Chitkara University, Centre for Distance and Online Education, currently in Semester II.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry — the scientific foundation behind every regulatory and peptide science decision I make today.
- 17 plus years of pharmaceutical and healthcare management experience, with 12 years embedded directly in gynaecology and reproductive medicine alongside leading IVF specialists in India.
- Self-taught and production-validated software engineering across Rust, Python, AWS Lambda, the Gemini and Meta Graph APIs, and Streamlit. The systems I have shipped speak for themselves.
