Project + Site + Plot Hierarchy
Built the core data model: Projects → Sites → Plots with full boundary wall tracking (North/South/East/West) and automatic perimeter calculation.
Contractor Billing Engine
Built the contractor ledger system with work logging, photo upload, material consumption tracking, and certified amount calculation per running foot.
Fraud Detection Trigger
Built database-level fraud detection trigger that catches double-billing on shared walls before payment is approved — with automatic FRAUD_ALERT flagging.
120+ Plots Onboarded from Site Plan PDFs
Used PyMuPDF to extract plot data from site-plan PDFs. Inserted 120+ plots across 16 blocks with verified N/S/E/W dimensions and complete shared-wall mapping.
Security + Full Audit Trail
Added login gate, PIN-gated ledger edits, complete edit history logging, monthly progress views, and manager approval workflow. Zero blind spots.
